Minimum Age: 21

No preventable DOT accidents in the previous 3 years

No felony convictions in the previous 7 years

No DUI/DWI/BAC’s in the previous 10 years

No Drug convictions in the previous 10 years

Any unpaid tickets or surcharges will be reviewed prior to offer of employment

No more than any combination of two of A, B, or C within the previous 2 years:

A. Moving Violations

B. Unsafe Driving Violations

C. Preventable Accidents

The following infractions will be considered IF there are no other safety violations in the previous 2 years (Moving Violations, Unsafe Driving or Preventable Accidents)

Careless or reckless driving in previous 2 years

Speeding 15 or over in the previous 2 years

Cellphone violations in the previous 2 years

Improper or erratic lane change in the previous 2 years

Following too close in the previous 2 years

Automatic Disqualifiers:

Preventable Rollover in the previous 5 years

Preventable Rear end collision in the previous 5 years

Positive or Refusal of Drug Screen (Lifetime)

Abandonment or unauthorized location without notice in the previous 12 months

Any candidate that has been discharged in the last 12 months for safety reasons must be approved by the President of Safety.Any candidate with 12-17 months experience will be hired on probation.
