Smartway Express started in 1980's. It's a privately owned company and Paul started out as a driver and has built the company to where it is today.

We are looking for dedicated and experienced drivers to join us as we grow and expand our company.

• 2016 to 2018 Western Stars, Volvos and Freightliners
• Our drivers are out usually two to three weeks at a time, with two to three days of home time
• No touch Freight
• Most of our freight goes from distribution to distribution centers
• Flexibility is Necessary

• Our drivers do the Wester Eleven, and out to Texas and back. A lot of I-5 and I-10 driving
• We always try to keep our drivers moving
• We're a reefer company that focuses mainly on meats and cheeses- not produce
• Our drivers have a paycheck every Friday. No 1099
• We are driver friendly and always do our best to make sure you know that, to us, you are more than just a number

Our drivers have a lot of freedom because we don't micro-manage.

We do offer paid vacation after one year.
